CANCELLATIONS DUE TO BAD WEATHER (1):

100% full value refund.

(1) Bad weather is when conditions prevent the safe development of the activity. In no event will cloudiness or rain be considered bad weather.

CANCELLATIONS FOR EVENTS OR GROUP BOOKINGS:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the activity: 100% refund of the total value.

Cancellation more than 7 days before the activity: 30% cost, 70% full refund.

Cancellation 7 days or less before the activity: 100% cost, 0% full refund.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND IMPORTANT NOTES:

We recommend that you carefully read the information provided before participating in the activity, as compliance is mandatory in order to participate in the buggy tour.

  • The minimum age for drivers is 21 years.
  • Participation is possible for children from 5 years.
  • No deposit is required but there is a deductible of 1.500,00 € in case of accidents.
  • For an extra charge of 20 € PER driver, the excess is reduced to 0,00 €, payable on the spot before the start of the tour if you wish.
  • In case of wilful disregard of the safety instructions of the guide or disregard of the traffic regulations, the participant must pay for the full cost of the damage.
  • There is ONE rider change possible during the tour.
  • Buggy drivers must bring their ORIGINAL and VALID driver’s license from their country of origin. OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. (No copy, No PHOTO/PDF or Apps).
  • Closed shoes are mandatory, flip-flops are not allowed.
  • It is recommended to wear sturdy clothes and sunglasses for the trip.
  • We will make a stop at the Randa Monastery, so we suggest you bring some change for the coffee break.
  • The tour starts ON TIME. We can NOT wait for late participants. We ask for your understanding and recommend that you plan your travel time and possible search for a parking space in advance.
  • Adventure Tours Mallorca has the right to keep clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs away from the tour. – The money will not be refunded
